Elliot recently sold an investment house for me in Maple Ridge.  I felt that he guided me through the best way to maximize the selling price of the property, by suggesting what should be done to improve the property and not showing with the tenants in place.  In the end he got what he said he would, which was offers over list.

I was very impressed that he did both video and a glossy brochure – I thought that treatment was usually reserved for absolute high end properties.  But not by Elliot obviously.

He provided ample attention and time for the sale and I never felt he was juggling multiple listings.
